Il termine Rust\u00eca nasce dalla particolare selezione vendemmiale fatta, per cui vengono scelte solo le uve Erbaluce, provenienti da vigneti di collina, che, a completa maturazione presentano una coloritura dorata \u201carrostita dal sole\u201d.
