Canavese D.O.C. Barbera
Acini Sparsi
Our winemaking process
Production
Acini Sparsi is a whimsical name that aptly described the grape-growing landscape of Caluso, where white grapes decidedly outnumbered red. Such was the situation in 1988, the year this label was born. Today, viticulture is certainly more varied, and there are some vineyards, even of a considerable size, planted exclusively with red varieties.

Bouquet
Aromatic notes
Acini Sparsi shows a vivid ruby red colour with garnet highlights that suggest well-ripened fruit. The aromas are elegant, with morello cherry, small red fruits such as redcurrant, floral notes and a slight vinous hint, pleasantly typical of the variety.
