Vermouth di Torino

Our winemaking process
Production
From the meeting of two families and two historic Piedmontese institutions comes Vermouth di Torino Ambrato: a project that brings together Cantina Orsolani 1894, led by Gian Luigi Orsolani, and the historic Pasticceria Bonfante 1922 of Franco Ortalda.
The idea is to create a novel union between vermouth and the tradition of the small Piedmontese pastry, giving rise to an original recipe that offers a truly unique tasting experience.
