Erbaluce di Caluso D.O.C.G. or Caluso D.O.C.G.

Idi di Maggio

Our winemaking process

Production

idi-di-maggio

The latest arrival in our cellar is a wine that goes beyond the usual idea of a blend: a cuvée made solely from the Erbaluce grape, grown using two different planting systems, the pergola and the row. In the finest tradition of blending, the two parts complement one another while remaining within the same viticultural context.

A wine of great interest and a unique production, it met with remarkable acclaim from the Italian critics from its very first vintage, being named Vino Rivelazione (Revelation Wine) in the Guida Duemilavini 2026 AIS Italia.
