Erbaluce D.O.C.G. Passito Grappa
Sulè
Our winemaking process
Production
The Grappa di Sulé is distinctive in being distilled in spring, once the pomace from the passito wine becomes available. This requires the distiller to reopen the distillery at a time when no other production is under way, but the result is so exceptional that this rare spirit repays all the effort of making it with its quality.

Bouquet
Aromatic notes
Sulé Grappa presents a bright, crystalline amber colour that hints at a warm, enveloping character. The aroma is delicate and balanced, led by a light floral note and hints of dried fruit, in particular ripe grapes. These aromatic sensations evoke the raw material from which the spirit is born and enhance its distinctive character.
